Every site element can have it’s own unique design. The logical tree has a function that linkis certain design paterns with corresponding elements and helps to demonstrate sites in an appropriate way. All the paterns are kept in a certain directory on the server as a set of HTML (XML/XSL) files with specific tags. If some elements of the tree have the same design, they should be linked to the same design patern.
